Process – Welding / Light Fabrication

We can confidently offer our clients a welding facility to include MIG, TIG, ARGON ARC and GAS, our welders are coded to national standards for a variety of weld type/material-thickness, we work closely with a well established and certified “test-house” to ensure our welding procedures and accreditations meet the demands of our clients and our quality systems.

We regularly accept the responsibility of welding “free issue” components, to client specifications, the resulting fabrications either being passed on to our machine shop for completion or, if required, returned to the client in a fabricated form.

We are experienced in producing fabrications in a variety of materials including Mild Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steels and Nickel Alloys in thickness from 22SWG to 18mm plate, strip or angles up to a maximum of 500Kg as “one-off’s” or in batch quantities.
