Process – Painting

Equipped with a Gas Fired ‘camel backed’ drying oven, capable of taking a full 1 meter square panel, our paint shop provides a ‘stove enamelling’ facility to complement the rest of our manufacturing processes.

An overhead continues rail system allows the simultaneous hanging of multiple components prior to the painting process and the paint shop is large enough for many components to be hung ‘post curing’ after travelling through the oven.

A large spray booth, fitted with a ‘full water curtain fume extraction system’ ensures our operators work in a safe controlled environment.
